Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressional Integrity Project will launch a bike billboard to call out House Oversight Committee Republicans for their hypocrisy and conflicts of interest during the Committee’s hearing attacking environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing. The billboard will circle the Capitol Building during and after the hearing.
It will read: “MAGA Republicans in the pocket of big oil want to control your investments. We won’t let them,” and will highlight MAGAbigoil.com, a new website launched to hold Oversight Republicans to account during the hearing.
The bike billboard campaign is one piece of a larger rapid response campaign Congressional Integrity Project launched to push back against MAGA Republican attacks on responsible investing, highlight the unpopularity of the Committee’s actions, and expose the money and power players behind the broader anti-ESG campaign.
