Washington, D.C. – Today, Hunter Biden was indicted by special counsel David Weiss in connection with a gun he purchased in 2018. In response, Congressional Integrity Project executive director, Kyle Herrig, issued the following statement:
“MAGA Republicans lack any credibility whatsoever on investigations or the rule of law. The only indictments they support are those that hurt their political opponents while they consider every indictment and charge against their disgraced former president illegitimate, including those he is on tape admitting to. The hypocrisy of MAGA Republicans is gobsmacking if not one bit surprising.”
