Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressional Integrity Project released an ad which details how MAGA Republicans are pushing their anti-ESG agenda purely to satisfy the wealthy special interests that fund their campaigns. Congressional Integrity Project executive director Kyle Herrig said the following:
“While MAGA Republicans whine about government interference in business, they’re seeking control of the finances of regular Americans by targeting corporations for responsible investing strategies. They would rather do the bidding of their wealthy donors who stand to lose the most as companies move to more forward-looking business practices than listen to the American people.”
