Campaign Welcomes Comer Back From Recess
Washington, D.C. – Today, the Congressional Integrity Project launched a new poster pasting campaign welcoming James Comer back from recess. The posters highlight that his impeachment stunt has failed to find a single shred of wrongdoing whatsoever and has amounted to nothing more than a desperate political stunt.
Congressional Integrity Project executive director, Kyle Herrig, issued the following statement:
“James Comer and his MAGA colleagues have already wasted 15 months on a failed impeachment stunt and have not found a single shred of evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden, let alone anything that would amount to an impeachable offense. Even his own colleagues and right-wing news commentators have repeatedly said that it is time to move on. James Comer owes it to the American people to end this stunt once and for all and get to the business of governing and focusing on the real issues like cost of living and immigration.”
