Washington, D.C. – Today, news broke that MAGA House Republicans are drafting articles of impeachment against President Biden over delaying weapons to Israel, based on the articles of impeachment used against President Trump.
MAGA House Republicans seem to be confused so we wanted to help clear it up:
To quote Republican Senator Mitt Romney about President Trump’s crimes: “ President [Trump] asked a foreign government to investigate his political rival. [President Trump] withheld vital military funds from that government to press it to do so. [President Trump] delayed funds for an American ally at war with Russian invaders. [President Trump’s] purpose was personal and political. Accordingly, the President is guilty of an appalling abuse of the public trust.”
President Biden … his actions are the same that noted RINO Ronald Reagan took.
In response, Congressional Integrity Project executive director, Kyle Herrig, issued the following statement:
“Once again, comparing Donald Trump’s crimes to President Biden’s actions is like comparing apples to arsenic. Trump explicitly used a quid pro quo in order to damage a political opponent and influence his own chances at re-election while harming Ukraine and emboldening Russia in the process. MAGA House Republicans are nothing more than an arm of the Trump campaign and are moving heaven and earth to smear President Biden politically ahead of the 2024 election and help Donald Trump return to the White House.”
