Digital ad shows that to align with Jordan would be to align with his election denying conspiracies
Washington, D.C. – Today, the Congressional Integrity Project released a new ad focusing on Jim Jordan, the Republican nominee for Speaker of the House, and his involvement in the January 6th insurrection and attempt to overthrow the 2020 election. The ad will be released in the Biden 18 swing districts and highlights how any member of Congress who votes for Jordan for Speaker is aligning themselves with Jordan’s support for the January 6th attack on our democracy.
The ad is part of a months-long, seven-figure advocacy campaign run by the Congressional Integrity Project to hold Republicans accountable for ignoring critical priorities and instead, focusing on bogus investigations and an impeachment inquiry to hurt President Biden and helping Donald Trump return to the White House.
In addition, Congressional Integrity Project executive director Kyle Herrig issued the following statement.
“Every House Republican who votes for Jim Jordan to be Speaker of the House should be held accountable for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, his role in the January 6th fake electors plot, and his continued attacks on our democracy. A vote from the Biden 18 and any other House Republican for Jordan is a clear indication of where their priorities truly lie – with insurrectionists and conspiracy-theorists, NOT with the hard-working Americans who elected them in the first place. Jim Jordan can’t be trusted to uphold the Constitution or our democracy. The Biden 18 need to stand up against Jordan and stand on the side of the American people.”
The ad will run and have a significant online presence in the following districts: Don Bacon (NE-2), Lori Chavez-Deremer (OR-5), Juan Ciscomani (AZ-6), Anthony D’Esposito (NY-4), John Duarte (CA-13), Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-1), Mike Garcia (CA-27), Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-7), Jen Kiggans (VA-2), Young Kim (CA-40), Nick LaLota (NY-1), Mike Lawler (NY-17), Marc Molinaro (NY-19), George Santos (NY-3), David Schweikert (AZ-1), Michelle Steel (CA-45), David Valadao (CA-22), and Brandon Williams (NY-22).

“Jim Jordan knew more about what Donald Trump had planned for January 6th than any other member of the House of Representatives.”
“But Jim Jordan was privy to nearly everything, if not everything, about it and pertaining to January 6th. Jim Jordan can’t be trusted with the constitution.”
“Anyone who endorses Jordan and any member who votes for him is affirmatively voting for a coup plotter, an election denier, and a foe of American democracy.”
