Washington, D.C. – Today, Devon Archer, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, testified behind closed doors to the House Oversight Committee as part of their ongoing investigation targeting President Biden. As expected, his testimony was nothing but another embarrassing failure for James Comer and Jim Jordan. In response, Congressional Integrity Project executive director, Kyle Herrig, issued the following statement:
“James Comer and Jim Jordan promised another bombshell testimony, but once again, their star witness blew up in their face. The witness offered no new information, and completely exonerated President Biden, testifying that he never engaged in Hunter Biden’s business dealings. Hyped up as a blockbuster testimony, Archer’s appearance was just another embarrassing faceplant for Comer and Jordan who still cannot prove any wrongdoing by President Biden.”
