Washington, D.C. – New bombshell reporting alleges that Rep. Paul Gosar’s digital director is an active member of the white supremacist Groypers group. Gosar himself has been tied to the leader of the group and has spoken at his conferences. In response, Congressional Integrity Project executive director, Kyle Herrig, issued the following statement:
“The American people deserve better than to have white supremacists running around the halls of Congress as members and staffers. Comer continues to claim he is trying to conduct credible and serious investigations with the House Oversight Committee, but his tacit acceptance of white supremacists completely contradicts his claims. Not only did Comer refuse to denounce the racist great replacement theory, but he and his fellow House Republican Committee chairs have invited numerous witnesses to testify before Congress with histories of racism and bigotry. If James Comer had a single ounce of integrity or credibility in his body, he would demand Rep. Gosar fire his staffer and remove Gosar from his committee.”
