Washington, DC – On March 15, 2023, Congressional Integrity Project will launch a billboard in Frankfort, Kentucky in Rep. James Comer’s district. The billboard will call Comer out for his disgusting comments about President Biden’s deceased veteran son. Congressional Integrity Project Executive Director, Kyle Herrig, issued the following statement:
“James Comer has made clear that he will stop at nothing to hurt President Biden and his family but his latest attack against Beau Biden, President Biden’s deceased veteran son, is a new low. Comer has ignored the calls from veterans groups to apologize for his disgusting comments. The investigations by Comer and his fellow MAGA House Republicans have been a failure and he is grasping at straws trying to justify wasting taxpayer money focusing on these political stunts rather than the real issues Americans care about. Kentuckians and the American people deserve better.”
