Digital Ads Call On Juan Ciscomani and Biden 17 to Focus on the Real Issues That Matter to the American People

Washington, D.C. – This week, the Congressional Integrity Project launched a new paid digital ad campaign in the seventeen Republican House districts across the country that President Biden won in 2020, including Juan Ciscomani’s district, AZ-6.

The ads call on Juan Ciscomani and the other Biden 17 members to stop the baseless Biden impeachment inquiry and focus on the issues that actually matter to the American people, like immigration and the cost of living. MAGA Republicans in Congress have spent the past 15 months investigating the President and have not found a single shred of evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever, nor have they been able to call a single credible witness who can back up the GOP’s claims. It’s time for MAGA Republicans to end this political stunt.

The ads are part of a months-long, seven-figure advocacy campaign holding Republicans accountable for ignoring critical priorities and focusing on bogus investigations and an impeachment inquiry to hurt President Biden and help Donald Trump return to the White House. Past components of CIP’s campaign include ads in the Biden 17 districts calling out members for allowing the baseless Biden impeachment inquiry to continue, their failure to work on solving our broken and outdated immigration system while voting to impeach Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, billboards in Kentucky, California, and New York, public policy polling, and more.

“Rather than addressing issues that make Americans’ lives better, MAGA Republicans are pursuing a baseless impeachment inquiry at Trump’s direction,” said Kyle Herrig, Executive Director of Congressional Integrity Project. “The Biden 17 greenlit this baseless impeachment inquiry instead of addressing the issues of their constituents. We are calling on Juan Ciscomani and the Biden 17 to stand on the side of their constituents and end this political stunt.”

The ads will run and have a significant online presence in the following districts: Juan Ciscomani (AZ-6), Don Bacon (NE-2), Lori Chavez-DeRemer (OR-5), Anthony D’Esposito (NY-4), John Duarte (CA-13), Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-1), Mike Garcia (CA-27), Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-7), Jen Kiggans (VA-2), Young Kim (CA-40), Nick LaLota (NY-1), Mike Lawler (NY-17), Marc Molinaro (NY-19), David Schweikert (AZ-1), Michelle Steel (CA-45), David Valadao (CA-22), and Brandon Williams (NY-22).

SCRIPT:

Republicans in Washington are at it again.

Instead of delivering real solutions, they’re obsessed with shameless stunts and partisan distractions.

Chief among them: Juan Ciscomani. He stands with Donald Trump and MAGA extremists.

He voted for a bogus impeachment inquiry but he refuses to lift a finger to get the bipartisan border bill to the floor or pass legislation to lower drug prices for families.

Call Juan Ciscomani. Tell him to stop these political games.
